A whisky menu that answers questions.

DRAMFINDER gives your venue its own page: your logo, your colours, your list. A guest scans, taps the flavours they want, and gets pours you actually stock — with an honest score and the reason behind it.

One plan. One venue. Everything in it.

Your branding is not an upsell and your guests are not a metered resource.

£20per month, per venue
  • Your logo, colours, typeface and welcome message
  • Your own guest page, with our name nowhere on it
  • No per-guest charge and no cap on how often the page is used
  • Your bottle list, with stock and prices you control
  • Access to the shared list — and every whisky we add works for you too
  • £20 a month, or £200 a year — two months free.
  • Monthly is rolling: cancel whenever, no notice period. Annual is billed once and runs for twelve months.

How much of your list we can actually match today

The catalogue is small. It is our own work rather than a licensed list, and it grows one properly-evidenced bottle at a time — so a venue joining now should expect a good part of their list to arrive unmapped.

A bottle with no evidence still appears on your menu with your price, and simply does not come up as an answer — it is left out rather than guessed at, because a confident wrong answer costs your guest more than an honest gap does. A bottle with some evidence competes on the characters it actually has, and says so.

If matching most of your list on day one is what you are buying, we are not there yet and you should wait. Ask us how far we’ve got and we will tell you plainly.

Questions worth asking

Do my guests need an account?

No. They open a link, tap some flavours and get an answer. There is nothing to install, nothing to sign up for and nothing stored on their phone.

What if you don’t have one of my whiskies?

It goes on your list and your menu straight away. We search the published tasting notes for it, work out the characters those sources actually support, and leave the rest alone rather than guess. A whisky we have only partly worked out still competes on the characters we do have, and is shown as a partial match. What is printed on a label — the cask, the age, the strength — helps, but on its own it rarely gets a whisky far enough to match well. A whisky worked out once works for every venue, including yours.

Can it recommend something I’ve run out of?

It will still show it, clearly labelled out of stock, rather than silently dropping it. Hiding a near-perfect match tends to annoy people more than an honest label does.

What happens to my list if I cancel?

Your guest page comes down and your data stops being processed. Ask us before you go and we will send you your bottle list and prices. On an annual plan your page stays up until the twelve months are out.

Do I need more than one subscription?

One per venue. Each site gets its own address, its own branding and its own list, because in practice no two bars stock the same thing.

Can I see it working first?

Yes — open the demo venue. It is a real tenant on the real system, themed exactly the way yours would be.
